She went over and above my expectations-and yet my expectations were already high because I had heard amazing things. She is so thorough, doesn’t tire, asks all the right questions, doesn’t even have “working hours”. Lara would respond to my questions and messages at night, this lady was literally on phone working to close my transaction on Christmas Day itself. Back and forth on phone, negotiating for me, pressing and pushing until I got exactly what I wanted, she is unbelievable. She truly takes her job to heart, and works like she is finding her personal home. She reads every single document, by the time you are asking a question she has already highlighted and gotten answers from whoever needs to provide them, wowwww. This is the realtor to have on your side any given day.
Lara understood my needs, guided me in what to look out for, gave me a rundown of everything I was up against. Literally everything😂. She thoroughly researched any property I as little as commented on and gave me the information without me having to ask again, and was ever so willing to book appointments to view anytime of my choosing. She came to me when I would be unable to, she accommodated my working hours and childcare situations, she truly made this experience a breeze. I cannot say enough.
I had been given glorious recommendations about her, but it was such an honor to experience her myself. Such genuine, determined, persistent zeal from a lady so gentle and kind, mind blowing. I am extremely blessed to have worked with Lara, it most certainly will not be my last time.
